Our Privacy Promise

We do not store your conversations, prompts, or outputs on Admix servers. Your inputs are securely transmitted to the AI models you choose (such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude) and responses are relayed back to you in real time.

Because we do not persist this data, you remain in control of your information and there is no long-term copy retained by Admix.

Data We Process

Authentication details (like your email) are used solely to let you sign in and manage your subscription. These records are limited to what is necessary for account access and billing.

Prompt content and outputs flow directly from your device to the selected AI providers. This traffic may pass through infrastructure we operate (to route requests), but we do not store or inspect the payloads beyond what is required to deliver the response.

Third-Party AI Providers

When you choose an AI provider, your request is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. Currently supported providers include OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.

We recommend reviewing each provider's policy to understand how they handle data sent through their APIs.

Analytics & Cookies

We use lightweight product analytics to understand feature adoption and reliability. These tools focus on event-level metrics and are not tied to prompt content.

You can block cookies at the browser level; critical product functionality will continue to work, though some preferences may not be saved.

Security

All traffic between you, Admix, and third-party AI providers is encrypted in transit using modern TLS protocols.

Access to internal systems is restricted to essential personnel, and credentials are rotated regularly to minimize risk.
